IT really depends, I mean a skinny person can have the genes for a large penis, and some with small penis. But the more weight you lose the more itll expose, if your 300+ going down to around 230 would be an inch or so increase.
Also u gota consider that lets say someone that weighs 130 and has a 5 inch penis and someone that weighs 280 and has a 5 inch penis the skinny person's is going to look larger because the fatter persons body is just going to make it look smaller.
