Losing a lot of weight, should I see a doctor?!

Question:

Losing a lot of weight, should I see a doctor?

I'm a 5'5" male, and I think I've been losing too much weight in the past few months. Like 4 months ago, I was weighing around 145, and this morning I am 127. Which is like nothing for a guy, it's embarrassing actually. I was 145 when I was playing rugby and I quit playing once summer started, but I'm still doing cardio like running and biking. And I checked an electronic scale that measures bmi and it came out to be 15%. So should I see a doctor?

Answers:

If you are doing a lot of activity but not eating enough you could be losing weight naturally. 145 for 5'5" is normal but 127 could be the start of something bad - go see a doctor and rule out all the possibles.
