Just wondering, if you take viagra and then come, does the drug make you stay hard, or is that the end of the party?

after taking viagra, 15-45mins later the drug is effective,however an erection is not immediate...it requires some stimulation which may be visual or touch or foreplay etc.
some people experience flushing/a sensation of being hot and the skin on the face may look red like a mild sunburn....this is transient..
do not take viagra if you are taking nitroglycerin(the oral form is isordil) and use caution with dr's advice if you take blood pressure medicine....viagra was designed orginally as a bld pressure medicine,therefore some men have a drop in blood pressure....
to answer your ?...after sex/ejaculation-the erection goes down...since the drug may last several hrs,you may be able to do it all over again...never let the erection last longer that 3hrs as this an emergency situation requiring emer.room and a urologist eval....

diabetes/hypertension etc can play a part in erectile dysfunction...there are lots of other alternatives which work great....
