Im 35 and lately my back seems to be stiffining more and more, is it just my age or what can i do?


Answers:

There is a good back strengthening exercise, called "Good Mornings." Clasp your hands behind you head, bend over slowly, you can also twist side to side, do it five times or more. At night, sleep with a pillow between your knees to take the strain off your back. Best of luck
