I do lift and im not even really fat at all

Gynecomastia, the medical term for man boobs, is normal in male teens. Although surgery is an option, most physicians would recommend just waiting it out. A teen will continue to grow. Man boobs today may develop into normal looking pecs when the teen becomes an adult.
