Testicle Pain?

Hey im 21, 4 days ago I was checking myself to see if there was any lumps on my testicle. There were no lumps but one of my epididmytis is larger then the other. I am experiencing a little ache right now in my scrotum. It is very mild and I think its because i was checking too hard and maybe strained it? now i feel very minor aches in my lower abdomen. Does it usually hurt for a while after examining? and what could this be?

There has been no pain until I had examined it 4 days ago. The pain started ever since i examined them. And I have been examining they daily since i am scared or worried of the worst. Like testicular cancer. what should i do

The epydidymises, just like the testes, are not always symmetrical (maybe, I know mine is also not symm. Also, usually left testicle is larger than the right.) Since you said that the ache started when you started checking them, maybe you are squeezing it a little harder. Maybe next time, if you are going to check them, just feel them with your hands and without squeezing them, just run your fingers through the sac without pressure.

Just live with the minor pain for a few days. If it still persists for several weeks, maybe its time to see your urologist.
