A lady friend innocently walked in to the room while I was changing to go swimming and saw me in the buff. Though I've known her for a number of years our relationship has always been platonic. I now find it difficult to look at her though she just laughs about it. Why do I feel this way?

You feel that way because you were surprised. If you think about it realisitically, it's no big deal. Just because she's seen you without clothing does not mean that your relationship is no longer platonic. You are the same person whether you have clothes on or not, right? So, for your friendship's sake, move on. It's only the human body; we've all got one!
