Varicocele?
Ok here is my problem. I have this thing and I am asking myself should I fix it now or next year. I am 18 years old. I went to the doctor and he said that it is not urgent and it is up to me to make the decision. The thing is if I do it now I'd do it on Tuesday and on Friday I am going to my grandparents who live in the country and it is a bit hot there - 32 - 35 C and once it got up to 40 C. Is the heat a problem? Another thing I forgot to ask the doctor is what can I do after the operation - I mean I will have to rest but how long? And what kind of activities can I do because mu grandparent live near a very nice forest and I just love going for a walk in the woods? What do you suggest - shall I do it now or next year? I have today and tomorrow to decide what to do.

Hi, it probably doesn't matter but I would have the surgery soon, it will help your fertility so you can have kids later on. Trust me, your wife will thank you for it.
