Try saliva. Getting some booty alone should make you salivate, but if that's not enough, get yourself a hard candy to suck on that makes your mouth water. Nothing is more slippery than saliva and when it starts to dry out, you can always add more. I personally would not recommend vegitable oils because they would be messy and you'd be washing the sheets every time.
