Question:
Workout for a 14 year old boy?
i am 14. i am 5.9 and approx. 125-130 lbs. so my bmi is about 19 which is healthy.
i am trying to get a 6 pack and also increase the size of my arms and chest.
do any of u have specific exercises or routines you would recommend?
any advice would be helpful.
