Dry scaly patch of skin on the testicles. What is it?
My son has a large patch of skin on his testicles. It is very dry and rough, it is not flakey, scabby or raw just dry and rough. He says that it does not itch and it does not hurt. Just wanted a little insight on what could cause it and what he should do. Should we be concerned about it?

Seriously, I want a serious opinion. If you can't answer seriously then just take the two points and don't say anything else.
Actually he says the scaly patches appear after he swim in the pool.
