Can some one tell me why my hubby is always so tired so much?!
Question:
Can some one tell me why my hubby is always so tired so much?
my hubby works at night and comes home and sleeps with in 20 minutes of commin home
then he wakes up around 7 hrs later gets up for about 4 hrs eats (a good home cooked dinner)does a little with all the kids then goes back to sleep for 4 more hrs. then rushes off to work
is there something wrong with him or can some 1 tell me y he is always so tired any ideas will hepl me not kill him lol :o)

I don't know. Working nights can really mess up your life. Try to give him a break. Other then that maybe, maybe.... he needs a physical and to have his blood sugar tested. You never feel right working nights. Maybe he really doesn't sleep that great when he first comes home. Talk to him. See if maybe he stayed up when he got home for a while then went to bed, he might rest better. But, it depends on your family schedule too. But, I will repeat, working nights can really mess you up.
