My arms are muscular but covered in a bit of fat all around. how do i get a defined arm with cuts. READ BELOW?
i'm 15 n lift weights..i used to be fat which is why my arms have fat on them..covering my muscular arms...i wanna get to see the ripped cuts and definition to see the muscular-ness. i heard intense cardio is good but doesnt that cut muscle growth/development ? PLEASE HELP

well 15 yrs old is a little young to get into heavy lifting. You should do heavy cardio and light lifting to tone your arms. Cardio alone won't do it though. You need a well balanced diet as well...good luck bud! ;)
