How can i get a six pack and how long?

hi im only 17 years old ive worked im 150 i eat pretty healthy i have abs but i really want them to stand out im just wonderign wat good works out i could use and how long it would take and if theres anything else i should need to do like run please help me out?

running is always good to burn the excess fat around your stomach, and it can keep you healthy.

so yes, run. it is the best thing you can do. and it is also why many runners and swimmers are so defined. they don't neccessarily work out their abs but they do burn all the fat and gain muscle by running/swimming.

otherwise, do sit-ups.. it is the most simple thing you can do. try doing as many as you can in a minute and try to beat that every day.

add weights too.. hug a 10pound weight against your chest and do sit up..

for the lower abs.. do 6inches.
if you don't know what that is, it is where you lay on your back and continuously lift up your legs until your feet are 6 inches off the ground.. and hold for 15-20 seconds occasionally.

once again.. it would be good to add some ankle weights.. but only like 2-5 pound on each leg.

getting the resuults you want in anything is going to take hard work and commitment. you cannot procrastinate and keep saying that you'll do it later..

do your exercises early in the day and at night. and if you want you can add some to the middle of the day too..

i would say you need to diet to get results too, but i have pretty much perfect abs and i eat just as crappy as any other american..

it all depends on the person i guess.
