Does sleep really affect your height ?!

Question:

Does sleep really affect your height ?

Answers:

Amazingly, yes, but this is only applicable only at our infancy to childhood period. In this stages our body will mostly develop, including with our height, when we are sleeping and drinking your milk. Calcium, from the milk we drink, stimulates our bone growth and develops at a very quick pace when we're not stressed; even kids get stressed after a long hour of nonstop playing, but because their only young, they don't know if what they're feeling is stress. That's why growth metabolism is at its peak in our sleep. Unfortunately, if you have reached your puberty or your adolescent stage, the principles differ. After the long stage of development from our childhood, our body would develop to its utmost in this stage, and sometimes what you've reached may be your body's maximum. But, after the adolescent stage, the early adulthood stage, some tend to grow taller but at a slower pace.
