iam a man last few monts my right ball getting pain i need some one hlep to know the reason for the pain

my husband had a similar problem every time he got in the bath his right one swelled to twice the size of his left one.it turned out that he had a small cyst in his right testicle which swelled up from time to time . he eventually had it removed and he has not had any problems since. now i'm not ssaying this is the problem but next opportunty you get massage your testicle and see if you can feel anything unusual and if you do get STRAIGHT to the doctor. it could be that one of the sperm carrying tubes has become blocked or twisted which would set up an infection and also would be painful.... you need to bite the bullet and have this checked out......good luck.
