I keep getting a scratchy tickling pain feeling inside my penis?

It usually happens after I take a piss or even im done masturbating and im kind of scared. Sometimes it takes 30 minutes after a piss for it to start to feel this way. I pray to god its not a STD but i was just tested last week and didn't come postive for anything yet

well see it doesn't burn when I pee its like it just comes randomly and it doesn't burn it feels like im being tickled from the inside of my penis and it hurts but yea its not Chlamydia.
