How do i build up my leg muscles?!

How do i build up my leg muscles?

My legs are really skinny, in fact my whole lower body is, my upper body is toned to a point cause i workout, im 16, but how can i make my legs bigger, cause they're so skinny, i look like a walking pencil.


Answers:

Have you been doing your lower body when you workout? If so, then you should not be skinny in your legs. Do squats, extensions, leg curls, toes raises. Start riding a bike and run stairs. You realize that it took time to tone your upper body and it will take time for your lower body to catch up.
