If I remember it right the normal ejaculate, or the fluid that comes out after orgasm, is about 2-5 mL, maybe about 2 tablespoons.
The thing is it is not all about the amount that matters, The male factor infertility is most commonly defined as abnormalities in the number and the quality of sperm present in your ejacualte or semen.
So even if only a little amount of semen comes out of your penis after orgasm but you have healthy sperm cells, you can get a woman pregnant.
