If I were you I would try to withstand the pain, just to see what happens. I really feel for you because you are missing out on such a wonderful feeling.
You need to pluck up the courage to go to your doctor, you can go without your parents if you don't want them to know.
I know you will find it embarrassing but the doctor knows that masturbation is perfectly natural & he won't be judging you in any way.
If you don't get yourself sorted out, you might find that in the future when you finally get yourself sorted you may start to have erection problems because of the psychological effects it's had on you.
