Please help me... this isnt a joke?

yesterday i did number 2 about 7 times and today i have done it 3 times. and each time i poop it is yellow and liquidy. my stomach doesnt hurt whjen i do it or anything. what can i do to stop doing number 2 every hour? remeber this isnt a joke. ur help will be highly apprciated. i am a 14 year old boy
