Ok people misunderstood my last question...?

I am not flabby. I'm the captain of my school's bball team so that is not the problem. I just want to know how i can start looking stronger. I work out tons and i am getting stronger but how do i make my arms bulge?


Answers:

I imagine that you are tall with long arms. Therefore simple leverage will make it a little harder for you to have giant arms... But they can get bigger.
1. Work 3 sets of 20 reps with a comfortable barbell. Rest 2min
2. Work out with a smaller, stronger buddy to help push you, and do 3 sets of 5 reps with a heavier weight ... that you can do perfect form, no bending, no cheating, no bouncing.
Rest 2min.
3. Get a heavy weight that you can lift barely, without help... Lift slowly until exhaustion... with your buddy ready to help to keep the motion smooth. Six second up, squeeze at the top for 3 - 6 seconds, and 6 seconds down. Rest 2 min, and repeat.
This will blast your arms, and you may not be able to do much the next day... But keep doing this, and in 6 weeks you will gain an inch or two.

If you are tough and a glutton for pain... do the same type of exercise for your triceps. If you can fully exhaust your triceps, then you will get real size. Biceps are noticeable... but triceps provide the real size.

Do both of these, and the burning should stop in a week or two and you should notice real growth.
