when i had a heart bypass, my cardioligist told me to take 2 shots of dark wine a day and it would help my heart and i told him, i didnt drink, so he said grape juice would be beneficial to me also. whats your thought on this health issue? thanks alot.

Both red wine and grape juice, same as pomegranate juice are a natural resources of antioxidants, they also help to reduce the cholesterol level. It is recommended for the people who have heart problems. But I would have add water to the grape juice its way too sweet.
