Can you have some parts of puberty happen to you, but not others?!


Question:

Can you have some parts of puberty happen to you, but not others?

I am attracted to girls, and all that stuff... but I barely smell, I have a very young sounding voice, and I am fairly short (4' 11 3/4'') but i used to be 4' 9''. So is it possible for me to still have these things happen, or did I just not have much of a puberty.

some guyu grow them just in 1 year and they stop and some guy grow them in yearrrsssss your the one that only take 1 year to grow them
