How do I lose my belly flab?

I've tried sit ups and crunches but nothing seems to work.

It's a 3-part solution:

1. Diet. You've got to consume fewer calories than you are burning. Try keeping track of your dietary habits and your daily activity at www.thedailyplate.com.

2. Cardio. You've got to start running, 3 times a week. Start by aiming for a quarter of a mile, then half a mile, and finally within 3 weeks or so you should be able to run a mile, 3 times a week.

3. Keep doing sit-ups, etc. You should probably do a whole-body work out, as your overall health and strength will increase if you do. Look up specific exercises at www.bodybuilding.com.
