How can i build as much muscle as possible in 2 months?
I have 2 months to buld as much muscle as possible without supplements and i only have and excersise ball, bench press, and tredmile to do it. I have the shape for a sixpack on my stomach but flab is covering it suggestions?

You can start by removing wheat dairy from your diet. Warm up with a 1 mile jog and stretch all muscles. Run wind sprints in the sand, and swim. work out with weights, do 3 sets of 10 to 15 reps 5 days a week. Do not forget to do crunches. Work different muscles each day. Get a juicer or a very good blender and juice fruits and vegetables each day two times a day. get a good juicer book. Be sure to ad flax seed or fish oil with fiber to your diet. In two month you will be a changed man with more energy with you think possible. stay away from fast foods and MSG.
