How do i stop masterbating and looking at porn on the computer everyday?
I think i might be addicted to masterbation and porn.
I get on the computer and just start looking at tons of porn, and then masterbate, once or twice a day.
anyone got suggestions on how i can stop doing this?
im a 17 yr old male.

i know what you mean porn can be addicting... I would suggest you try stopping little by little. If your you do it everyday try cutting back to masterbating once every other day... then try going for once a week... then once every two weeks. until you don't have the urge to masterbate all the time.
