I'm circumcised and my penis sensitivity is very low :( Will a genital piercing increase it?

I think my sensitivity is too low... I take almost an hour to finish masturbating without a lube, and it is really bothering me :(

I don't know but i'm circumcised and it seems like the complete opposite my penis is too sensitve.
