After intercourse my penis bubbles up and my foreskin goes into a chaffing stage of which is very uncomfortable. the only method of which soothes my swelled penis is when i lather my pubic areas with baby oil and watch re runs of oprah.

It seems like your foreskin gets irritated after sex. If you use a little lubrication during sex, or have "gentler" sex/go slower, it might help reduce it. Oprah does nothing though.
