I stopped masturbating about 8 days ago which is a huge accomplishment coz i used to do it every 2 days for 5 months.Anyways last night while i was sleeping i orgasmed followed by a lil bit of pee.Y did this happen?Have i stopped too hard?
I am free at home rite now and it is possible for me to release another should i do this to prevent the incident which happened or should i stop totally?

Nocturnal emissions. Just because you stopped pulling it doesn't mean your body stops producing semen . Your body will release it on it's own if you dont help it along,so you may as well go back to pulling it or get used to washing your sheets more frequently. please conserve water and pull it on a regular basis.
