this is quite easy its about 2 things
1-working out
2-food
you need the 2 of them if its to work
u need to eat lots of meat.egg.fish.milk.nuts. things with high amount of protein
for the working out part you need to do low reps but of high waits 10 reps of a high wait is better then 30 of a low wait
u know you have pickd the rigt wait if u cant do more then 10 reps and it hurts by the end
