Ok i heard some people say "Pubic hair is suppose to be there its good it helps reduce STD's and all that"
How is that possible if the hair is the one to get an STD such as Crabs???

You're right in that crabs can live in pubic hair. But if you're worried about getting crabs, you need to think about how many partners you have and how well you know them. Sex will be more fulfilling if it's with someone you've taken the time to get to know.
Aside from the issue of crabs, I don't think it matters if you have pubic hair or not.
