I had sex with this guy and it was bad... lets just say he couldn't keep it up and it wouldn't stay in. He and I both regret the night just because it was so bad compared to our previous foreplay sessions. I know the heat is there but should I even waste my time with this guy again? maybe he had just one off night.

If he had something important on his mind it may have caused it. I know, you probably think he should not have had anything but you and the moment on his mind but he is human.
