Exercise and gymming combined ???!


Question:

Exercise and gymming combined ???

if i exercise in the morning ( jogging,abs,push ups and sit ups ) for atleast 2 hrs

and also go to gym in the evenings and work out on weights ,

will i lose weight and become lean sooner ?

or just exercising alone is enough ???


Answers:

dude you might get muscle fatigue if you over work your self also don't fall into a routine change your work outs often so that ur muscles don't get used to a routine and not gain as much as they would if you keep challenging them
