im 19 yrs old 79 inchs and 110 pounds
Ive done weights for a while but havent seen any differences. I want to get some bulk on me, im really thin and tall.
Answers:
give the weights some time. it will be several weeks before you see any difference. take every second of third day off. and yeah high intensity low reps. have your weights set so that you can only do 8 reps in one go. also talk to a personal trainer or physio to check your technique
