Do you think if i constantly hold my urine up everytime i need to go can affect me if i wanna have kids, sex?
my bladder or get an infection. what can,might or will happen to me, do i have to undergo surgery?

Just go relieve yourself when you need too, what's the problem with that??? It could cause an infection.
