did you try to make it less sensitive by using a condom or cream? sometimes the simple answers work. I agree that he should be finding other ways to satisfy you (most women get even more stimulated with a long oral session). Personally I find it difficult to hold on too long with my wife because i find her very attractive (and i have know her forever). But i make sure to take care of her first (orally) then there is less guilt if i can not hold on.
