Does tying or pinching off the scrotum during ejaculation help increase testosterone levels?
I'm a wightlifter. I also have a very high sex drive. I know that a mans testosterone level can lower due to sexual activity. Abstination by all means is proving very difficult due to my wandering imagination.
I'd like to know if theres a way to prevent this testosterone waisting.

Your testosterone is high because of the steroid use. Stop taking steroids and you will no longer have a problem.
