I'm looking to tone and build muscle...anyone have any ideas as to where, on the net, i can get workout sets?

anyone have a site where there are a few workout routines i can do to tone and build muscle?


Answers:

Look in the forum at Bodybuilding.com. There's lots of different articles and discussions there.
I'd start off with a split routine.
Day 1 - chest
Day 2 - Upper back
Day three - Shoulders
Day four - Rest
Day five - Arms
Day six - Legs
Day seven - Rest

By breaking it down so much its easier to get a more productive workout done and allot less walking around looking for something to do.
Keep your sets at around 6 per body-part starting out. 2 warm-up and 4 working sets total. Keep the reps around 10, with the last rep being the last you can do (if your weight is right)

Don't forget, you are what you eat. So eat 20 grams of protein 4 times a day and keep your meals balanced, low in fat, and moderate in carbs.
