How do i get a 6-Pack abs?!


Question:

How do i get a 6-Pack abs?

I'm 12 years old and i have a 4-pack abs and i'm wondering how to get it to a 6-pack.

can someone tell me plz! I keep doing crunches but i still only see a 4-pack.

I'm about 3 foot 6 and weight about 104 4 pounds above average and i dont wanna look like any of those riped people with veins everywhere

leg lifts.
side to side crunches (right elbow to left knee, left to right, down then keep going.)
that gets the sides more.
legs lefts tone the bottom.
iceometrics can work too.
just contract your entire ab mussles as hard as you can and hold it for 30 seconds to a minute then do it again latter.

or when your doing situps (have something holding your feet.)
Start all the way down, then do normal situps then at the last one stay all the way up 30 sec, then go down an inch or so and hold it 30 sec, then another 2 inches and hold again, then down again and hold, you should do like 4 times then be only like an inch of the ground and hold it for 30 seconds.

Trust me youll really feel it. then you can work the time of it up.
you can do the same thing with leg lifts, start all the way up and work your way down untill its an inch but with legs hold each for 45 sec as legs are naturaly stronger.
