I'm 18 and so is my GF. Im a virgin she isnt. We went to have sex but i couldn't get an erection and now thats all i can think about. Since then i havent been able to get a rock hard erection caus i just keep thinking that there is something wrong with me. I dont know what to do, ive talked it over with my GF and with my doctor. They have said try not to think about it but i cant stop, its getting me really deppressed and angry with myself. Im just scared its gunna happen again. Any advice.

It is just nerves. You need to relax and enjoy what you are doing without concentrating on your hardness. If you have a problem again ask her to lend a helping hand, so to speak.
