Working Out?!

Working Out?

Im almost 16..Im 5'10" and 145 pounds.I started working out more in the summer this year every day for about 20 minutes a day.I have my little routine I do With my weights and including sit ups and pushups..Should i work out every day or only a couple times a week?And also should i do it at the same time every day so my body can maintain this work out?

Any other tips to build more muscle mass on my body?


Answers:

don't work out everyday dude your muscles build during your time OFF of lifting, so just take a day or two off between workouts..also don't do the same routine over and over, try and mix it up some so your body wont get used to the routine therefore you'll keep gettin built son!!
