I feel like I wanna pee when I'm about to ejaculate or shortly after, is this normal?

I'm a 24 years old guy. It happens a lot to me. Is this normal? Thanks!

Yes it is. I've heard of men...(even women)...having to pee right before of right after they have an "O"
