Is a penis size of 5.5" length and 4.5" girth any good.....I feel it is a bit small...what do u think

Depends. Are you Asian or White American guy? For Asians, it is already above average. For a white American guy, it is still within average (but in the borderline of being small - 5 inches below).
According to the Kinsey Institute, the average adult American penis is 6 inches with a girth of 4.8 or 5 inches.
If you are 16 and below, your penis will grow a bit more.
