Question:

I really have small feet,fingers,wrist legs but the problem is,HELP ME PLEASE?

im 15(going to 11th grade) and im 5'6 140 pounds
i never played sports,
i lift weights in my 9th grade year but after that i stopped lifting weights.

the problem is i have fat in my neck(almost making a double chin,fat stomach and fat arms)

but i have skinny legs,forearms thighs and chest.

i know how to look good in my clothes and (and make me look buff)
but when i see myself nude i look horribly disfigured,if i get naked with a girl(girl will think im a weakling)

what should i start doing and wat kind of exercise,
should i apply a membership to gym????
but i dont like being seen in public either


Answers:

Well if you want to start to look more 'normal' again, you need to lose some weight and probably put on a bit of muscle.

If you don't like doing this in public you either have to get over this fear, or do it in your own home. So either start running on the spot in your bedroom and lifting buckets of water, or get a gym membership and a personal trainer.
