Need theAdvice/Explanation fo Guys and Doctors?!

Question:

Need theAdvice/Explanation fo Guys and Doctors?

Ok, after a guy gets an erection, first come the "pre-***," followed by the actually semen.

Lately when I've been fooling around with my girlfriend, I of course get a hard-on and the pre-*** comes out. I've never had sex though and don't believe in masturbation, so I've never actually came before.

Problem is this: A little after the pre-*** is out, the right testicle HURTS LIKE HELL for a long time afterwards. Seriously, like a C-clamp is crushing it. My girlfriend left over 80 minutes ago, and it still hurts.

Since I don't masturbate, my friend suggested that the actually semen may be backing up, which is what's causing this BLINDING PAIN.

Can anyone please explain what's causing this extensive pain and how to make it stop?

Um...I don't know if this will help either, but this has happened on multiple occasions, so while it may be testicular torsion (thank you for the med. term House MD), I just wanted to put out this is a re-occuring thing.

Probably the final edit since most people are suggesting to masturbate or see a physician:

I am having wet dreams still, so I don't know if that makes a difference.

Answers:

If it was Testicular Torsion you would probably be in pain all the time, i wouldn't think that was the problem. I would recommend masturbation to see whether you actually have semen ejaculate. Also this would be good to see whether the tension is relieved. If neither of those things happen i would go to a doctor quickly, as you don't want a problem down there to linger around.
I doubt the semen is simply 'backing up', unfortunately semen and sperm don't come from the same place, so to get a full traffic jam is not really an option.
