Is it possible to ejaculate a tapeworm?

I thought it was a giant sperm but now i think i have tape worms

i saw a large sperm swimming around in the yellow urine in the toilet after girlfriend went bathroom after sex, can sperm grow this big? about 3/4 inch, this is not a joke. is it a worm?
