I just started working out after 2 years of no excersice....I keep vomiting, Is there something wrong with me?

I just started working out really hard after 2 years of no activity. I usually vomit everytime after I finish. I just want to know if there's anything wrong with me??? Should I worry or should I just continue working out and just man up to it? Can anyone help me????


Answers:

you are probably working too much and our body is not use to it. You need to take it easy first. have your body get adjusted to the daily workout and then continue to get rough on your body day by day. Eat good. Do not eat and workout right after you eat. YOU WILL VOMIT. take easy steps before you take the hard ones.
