How could i desensitize the head of my penis?
i can have normal sex and it doesnt bother me that bad. but when a girl gives me head it doesnt feel good, it just hurts. almost like a stabbing pain. i am circumsized if that makes a difference. and i would rather not use the desenstizing condoms if i dont have to. is there anything i can do during or before that could help me? is there anything i can eat or take? id rather not take medicines or drugs, but i would like for the experince to be pleasurable. i am also only 15. could this go away as i get older?

Perhaps the girl is too rough? Ask her to be softer, juts lick or nuzzle softly, but if its been a number of women over time, count that out of the equation.
Have you thought about getting your penis pierced? That would definitely desensitize it over time coming from experience of a good male friend who has been pierced for over 5 years.
Us women have been told that if we use vibrators - a lot, we can desensitize our clitoris' which is some thing i can understand happening so I wonder if this counts the same for men? maybe worth a go...
