Family lady Dr advised me to use tight underwear's,difference between loose & thight?
I do exercises daily but after some time I get pain in testicals, I am young and I do use underwear befor going to college.
Answers:
Probably to give you some support, in case they are large and the pain is from excess weight and straining during exercise. Loose underwear would not give you support.
